Shashi served as an officer in the Nepalese Army — where communication wasn’t a soft skill. It was survival.
Those same skills followed her into the corporate world. After 12+ years in IT as an Agile Coach at the US Securities & Exchange Commission, Navy Federal, and BNY Mellon, she found that the ability to command a room, inspire a team, and speak with clarity was what separated people who climbed from people who stalled.
Then she became a mom — and realized the same truth applied to her kids.
In the age of AI, communication is the one skill machines can’t replace. The earlier you build it, the further you go. Shashi founded SparkVerse so no one has to figure that out the hard way.

Hi, I’m Shashi Regmi, the heart and hustle behind SparkVerse. As a mom of two energetic kids, I’ve seen firsthand how a little encouragement can turn hesitation into boldness. It all started in our living room – storytime sessions that evolved into mini performances, helping my own children (and their friends!) discover the joy of speaking up.
But I wanted to share that magic with more families. Drawing from my background in education and a passion for empowering young minds, I founded SparkVerse to create KidSpark: a lively space where kids learn public speaking without the pressure. No stiff lectures here – just real, engaging practice that builds confidence, creativity, and communication skills.
Our mission? To spark confidence in every child, one word at a time. We believe every kid has a story to tell, a joke to crack, or a news bite to deliver. Through small-group Zoom classes, we make learning fun and accessible from home. Parents, you’re welcome to peek in and see the transformation!
